Welcome to Paikaree Bazaar (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a multi-vendor marketplace operating in Bangladesh. By accessing or using our website [www.paikareebazaar.com] (the “Portal”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

Paikaree Bazaar is a virtual marketplace platform that enables vendors/sellers to create online stores and showcase their wholesale products. We do not sell any products ourselves. Our role is limited to providing a digital space where vendors and buyers can connect.

2. Definitions

• “Platform” – Paikaree Bazaar’s website and services.
• “Seller/Vendor” – A registered business or individual selling products on Paikaree Bazaar.
• “Buyer” – A user purchasing products from Sellers.
• “Subscription Fee” – The fee paid by Sellers to use Paikaree Bazaar’s services.
• “Quote Request” – A Buyer’s inquiry to a Seller for product pricing.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

For Sellers:

• Must provide accurate business details.
• Subscription fees must be paid via our secured payment gateway.
• Subscription payments are non-refundable.
• Responsible for managing their store, product listings, pricing, availability, shipping, delivery, return policies and customer interactions.
• Must comply with Bangladeshi business laws.
• Illegal products by governing law, is strictly prohibited to list in portal

For Buyers:

• Can browse products and request quotes from Sellers.
• Must verify product details, pricing, and Seller credibility before purchasing.
• As wholesale prices can vary daily, prices listed on the portal are indicative only.
• Payments are made directly to the Seller’s bank account – Paikaree Bazaar does not handle transactions for product purchase.
• Buyers are responsible for exercising due diligence to avoid fraudulent activities.

4. Marketplace Operations

• No Ownership of Products: Paikaree Bazaar does not own, sell, or take responsibility for any products listed.
• Quote-Based Pricing: Buyers must confirm final pricing with Sellers before purchasing, as wholesale rates may fluctuate.
• No Return/Refund Liability: Since we do not sell products, Sellers’ individual return/refund policies apply. Buyers must resolve disputes directly with Sellers.
• Fraud Prevention: Buyers should exercise caution when dealing with Sellers. We do not guarantee Seller’s product authenticity. In platform there are options to submit report about seller if any fraudulent activities occur.
• Advertisement: Seller can take the opportunity of showing advertisement of their product and store itself on the assigned space on the portal.

5. Payments & Financial Terms

• Seller Subscription: Only subscription fees are processed via our payment gateway.
• Buyer Payments: All transactions occur directly between Buyer and Seller. We do not mediate payments or refunds.
• Pricing Changes: Sellers may update product prices at any time. Buyers must confirm final rates before purchasing.
• Advertisement : Payment for product and vendor advertisement will be collected by Paikaree Bazar.

6. Return and Refund Policy

• Paikaree Bazaar does not handle returns or refunds.
• Return and refund policies are set by individual sellers and must be confirmed by the buyer before making a purchase.
• Buyers must contact the seller directly for any post-sale issues.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Each Seller manages their own shipping, delivery, and logistics.
• Paikaree Bazaar is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost shipments.
• Buyers must confirm delivery timelines and costs with the respective seller.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:
• Providing false information
• Attempting to fraud or mislead other users
• Engaging in unauthorized scraping or use of portal content
• Violating any applicable local laws or these Terms

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and functionality of the website (excluding vendor-uploaded content) are the intellectual property of Paikaree Bazaar. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Paikaree Bazaar does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, or authenticity of any product listed on the portal.
• We are not liable for any dispute, damage, loss, or fraud arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.
• We are not responsible for payment issues, delivery delays, or product mismatches.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
